About me

I am a mum of two, a wife, a daughter, a grand daughter, a sister, an aunty, a friend..

I was bullied at work in 2017 and it continued for almost 18 months. I am in the process of working through the anxiety, the system and the grief.

I have a bachelors degree in psychology and a history of working in social welfare. I was bullied at work, it crept up on me and it was relentless. It ended when I finally had the courage to tell myself that enough was enough and that no job was more important than my health.

However, this blog is not only dedicated to workplace bullying, it is about dealing with life crisis and how we can overcome, re-build and re-invent ourselves in the face of adversity.

I am taking my experience and learnings from and throughout this journey to share with you. My aim is to arm myself with the tools to ensure this never happens to me again, and hopefully you may find some of these tools or skills helpful as you find your own courage…

– dedicated to my husband, who supplies me with endless supplies of courage. My one true supporter and best friend.
